Our Barkhaus is based on the ‘Cocked Ear’ shape of a Collie dog.
A concrete base and end wall is formed, with cast-in bowls for food and water.
The rest of the structure is corrugated iron riveted to a steel frame.
The shape of the shelter is two simple tapering side walls, angling in opposite directions. This sets up a rooline with ‘cocked ears’.
The diagonal valley between them allows rainwater to fill the waterbowl below.
